    I am looking for any information on a very small sect of the Gilhooly Clan that settled in Western Cork in the early to mid 1800's. I have found a John christening a Donovan in 1843 and believe he could be the father of James Gilhooly, famed Nationalist. I have a strong feeling that my GG Grandmother Elizabeth Gilhooly Ronan could be a sister of John's. Any information will be greatly appreciated .
